Today, I’ll guide you through a simple demonstration on how to use the AllTest Rapid Fentanyl Urine Test, a quick and reliable tool designed to detect the presence of fentanyl in urine samples.
First, collect the urine specimen to be tested. Prior to testing, ensure that the test, urine specimen, and controls reach room temperature between 59-86ºF or 15-30ºC.
Next, remove the test cassette from its sealed pouch and use it within one hour of opening.
Place the cassette on a clean and level surface. Transfer 3 full drops of urine to the specimen well with the dropper held vertically to avoid air bubbles. Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Wait for the colored lines to appear, reading the results at 5 minutes. You should also avoid interpreting the results after 10 minutes.”
A negative result shows two colored lines, one in each region, indicating Fentanyl concentration below the detectable level. A faint line in the test region still signifies negative.
A positive result has one line in the control region only, indicating a Fentanyl concentration above the detectable level.
An invalid test shows no control line. If this happens, repeat the test with a new cassette and contact your distributor if problems continue.
