Since then, he has worked for over 15 production companies, both big and small. Some of these companies include Mike Dolly Screen Printing, G.I. Apparel, Sweatequity (Ecko Unlimited Shop) and Freeze. In addition to working for other companies, Ross spent 15 years as the owner and operator of Bizzi Printing and was a production consultant for 20 shops.

Since joining NJF in 2019, Ross has been a major asset to the print business, completing orders in a timely manner, making design suggestions with customers, utilizing his graphic arts background and using his organizational skills to complete large rush orders in almost no time.
